Welcome to Simply Nourished Dietitics! I’m Jessica, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist committed to helping individuals improve their health through realistic and sustainable nutrition strategies. I have experience supporting clients with a variety of goals, from improving general wellness and energy levels to developing a healthier relationship with food. I also specialize in women’s health, guiding clients through nutrition needs during different life stages such as pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause. In addition, I work with a wide range of dietary preferences—from plant-based to balanced omnivorous eating—tailoring recommendations to fit each client’s lifestyle, preferences, and long-term goals. Whether your goals are general wellness, women’s health, or finding more freedom with food through intuitive eating, I’m here to provide support that feels approachable and doable in your daily life.
